4. Payment and Refund Policies
#Payment Policy
- Full payment for procedures must be completed before treatment begins.
- Clinics generally accept cash, bank transfers, and credit card payments. Some may also accept PayPal, and others .
- Transaction fees are the responsibility of the sender, ensuring that the full payment is received by the clinic.
- International credit cards may have daily spending limits, so patients should notify their banks in advance and consider increasing their spending limits if necessary.
- To secure a treatment date, a deposit is required by the clinic. The deposit amount varies but is typically around 10%-30% of the total procedure cost. Without a deposit, the booking cannot be confirmed.
#Refund Policy
- Once a procedure has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds for dissatisfaction with surgery are not provided, as patients sign a waiver before surgery acknowledging this policy.
- Any personal expenses incurred will not be reimbursed.
# Deposit Refund Policy
- Booking a procedure reserves a dedicated time slot, including post-treatment care, making last-minute cancellations difficult to accommodate.
- Deposits may be partially refundable under the following conditions:
- 14+ business days before treatment:90% refund
- 10-13 business days before treatment:50% refund
- 7-9 business days before treatment: 20% refund
- Less than 7 business days before treatment: No refund
- Business days are counted from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7 PM Korean Standard Time. Cancellation requests received outside these hours are processed the next business day.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Phone calls or text messages are not considered valid.
- Refunds are processed after deducting transaction fees such as bank or PayPal charges.
- Cancellations during Korean public holidays do not count as business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the content.
- We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website.
